Tell Us Everything
This is where the magic starts. Your theme. Your colours. Names, dates, inside jokes, the exact shade of dusty rose. Drop your Pinterest board. Upload your inspo photos. The more detail, the better — there is no brief too specific.
We Design, You Approve, We Post
We create everything from scratch and send you a full PDF of designs for your approval. A small round of tweaks if needed — then we make and post your order directly to you, ready for the big day. Let the memories begin.

Your design fee covers the creative time involved in building something entirely from scratch just for your event — original illustration, typography, layout, and design. Every order is one of a kind. No templates. No reused designs. Yours alone.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive your design PDF within 4 working days. After you’ve approved your designs, your order is produced and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Everything is sent tracked 24 via Royal Mail, so you’ll always know exactly where your details are
Always. Before we make a single thing, we send you a full PDF of every design for your approval. You can request small changes at this stage — tweaks to colours, wording, layout — and we'll revise and resend.
Yes, we post to all UK addresses and use Royal Mail tracked 24. All orders are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. We'll share tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched so you always know exactly where your details are.
In most cases, yes — especially if we haven't yet sent your design proof. Just get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to add to your order before production begins. Contact us at hello@thedetailsclub.com.
